This free "Learn at Lunch" webinar series, in partnership with San Bernardino County Department of Public Health and Inland Wellness Information Network (IWIN), for physicians and allied health providers will cover the following topics:
- Background and evolution of the opioid crisis
- New efforts in data collection and identifying overdose outbreaks
- Harm Reduction: philosophy, importance, and role in curbing fentanyl deaths
- Naloxone: how to distribute it and get it
- Legislation involving fentanyl
- The California Bridge Program and buprenorphine MAT
- The IEOCC: How physicians and organizations can get involved, other response efforts
- Xylazine and other products complicating morbidity
